To set a password choose Passwords from the Questions menu for a question file password and Passwords from the Answers menu for an answer file password.
Choosing the first method displays a window with the alternatives listed below.
Password protect from teacher software?
Select this check box if you wish to protect your question file from unauthorised use in the main Question Mark Software.
Password protect from student software?
Select this check box if you want to set a password that must be entered by students to allow them to answer the test.
Password protect answer file created?
Select this check box if you wish to add a password to any answer file created by this test.
Selecting any of these check boxes display a further box to allow the password to be entered. Once all the passwords have been entered click Ok.
Stop Test being asked except from another?
Select this check box if you wish to prevent this test from being shown on the list of available tests in the Test Delivery software.
